Love it Antony! My only caveat would be that if listening to music on runs occasionally brings you the most joy, DO IT! I usually mix it up between my thoughts (esp. on trails), audiobooks, podcasts, and occasionally music (esp. useful for workouts/repeats). Also highly recommend The Happy Runner by Megan and David Roche, which espouses exactly this way of thinking about running and enjoying it!
